outside her apartment building.It happened around 1:30 a.m. outside the Seth Low Houses on Belmont and Christopher Avenues in Brownsville.
The girl was taken to Brookdale University Hospital by FDNY paramedics where she is listed in critical but stable condition.

Other than him appearing to what you describe him as. What are some specific instances? Be careful of Libel/Slander references. I am interested from the perspective of a dual functioning Firefighter/Paramedic. We do not have roving EMS Supers. They are "planted" behind computer screens and remain seated-upright "At All Times!" Are you still having to make radio-telephone base contact or are "S.O.P's" in place?
